How to Order Tickets
Ordering tickets through the club is one of the many benefits of being a member.
You don't have to worry about missing out on concert tickets because HK
Management sets aside priority seating for CTA Fan Club members at most, if not
all of the shows. We are told that seats will be somewhere between the 5th and
20th rows in the center for most of the venues. Unfortunately, we can't promise
specific seats and locations. From past experiences the venues place the club in
good, if not great, seats.
HOW TO ORDER TICKETS

Please fill out
the form, CHECK IT FOR ERRORS, then print to paper. If you are
planning to print the form out first and fill it out later, please be sure to
write NEATLY. If we can't read what's written, your form will
be returned to you. Send your completed form with your TOTAL AMOUNT DUE for
tickets to:

A NOTE ABOUT
SENDING US YOUR ORDER:
When sending us
your order please do not send thru certified mail or any other method that
requires a signature upon delivery. We can't guarantee that we will be available
to sign for mail. If you choose to ignore our advice you can expect a processing
delay of at least three days. Thanks for placing your ticket order with us. You
may e-mail us to verify receipt.
ADDITIONAL
NOTES:
If the show you
placed an order for did not have the exact ticket price, we will be in contact
with you once we have the correct price for the show and can determine your
balance due.
You may confirm
that we received your order by e-mailing us or including a self addressed
stamped envelope, so an invoice can be sent out.

If you are not a
member of the fan club, you can't order tickets through us. If you'd like to
change that, please Join the Fan Club!

Please DO
NOT contact the venues directly regarding fan club tickets. You can only
purchase fan club tickets through the fan club, not the venue.
You may order
2 tickets per venue, per Fan membership. If you need more than 2 two tickets
per venue, you may put in a request for extra tickets. Once all member orders
have been filled and IF we have any of our allotted seats left, we will
be more than happy to fill your request. If you are making a request for
extra tickets, please make sure that a deposit or the full ticket price is
included for each extra ticket needed at the time of the request! Please
note that depending on the venue, we may not know until after the deadline if we
will be able to fill your request.
No special
seating requests will be accepted. If you would like to sit with a fellow
fan club member, send in your ticket order together to insure you will be seated
with them.
The ticket
price reflects a service charge of $2.00 per ticket.
Please make
note of the ticket order deadline. If your order is received after the
deadline, it will be returned and will not be filled.
Tickets will
be assigned as we receive your deposits. It is a first-come, first-serve basis.
Your order will be confirmed by email. If you do not have an email address,
YOU MUST INCLUDE a self-addressed stamped envelope to receive a
confirmation. The invoice will reflect your order and balance due.
Your ticket
order must be PAID IN FULL before your tickets will be shipped. There
will be absolutely NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE!
Tickets will be
shipped via Fed Ex. The Fed Ex flat rate is $15.00, no matter
where you live. If you order more than one venue and the ordering deadlines are
different, it will be a $15.00 fee per deadline ordered.
Please waive
signature on any orders sent in that may require a signature. If your
signature is not waived, this could delay the processing of your ticket order by
3 business working days.
Please make your
check or money order payable to: CHICAGO TRUE ADVOCATES. All non-US
checks and money orders MUST be drawn on or payable through
a United States bank.
If a personal
check is returned to us, you will be charged $25.00 over draft cost and will be
expected to issue us a cashiers check or Money Order for the full amount of your
tickets with the bank charge included. Failure to do so will mean immediate
cancellation of your ticket order.
Please be
patient! Tickets are done on a volunteer basis and regrettably we don't
always have enough time in the day to get things done. Your questions and
concerns are important. Please give us 24-48 hours to respond. We will do our
best to respond quickly!
REFUND POLICY
All ticket
orders are a binding contract. NO REFUNDS except for a cancellation of a show.
All charges must be paid in full before tickets will be shipped. If charges are
not paid in full you will not receive your tickets and your deposit will not be
refunded.
